The Beast is back.

Perhaps you've seen how lean and buff people get with the Body Beast program—but you want a taste of it before committing for a full 90 days.

Perhaps you've heard about all the benefits of strength training but you're not sure how or where to get started.

The Hard Labor Mini-Challenge is a two-week online group program I'm offering in September 2017 to take you through five brand-new workouts with Body Beast creator Sagi Kalev via online streaming.

We'll be doing the workouts together Sept. 18-22. The online group will start a few days early (Sept. 13) and run a few days after (through Sept. 27) to help you know what to do before the program starts to best prepare yourself, and what to do afterwards to get the most out of it and make sure your results last!

How does it work?

This two-week program is offered at a low price of either $19.95 or $24.95. You will purchase a sampler of either the Beachbody Performance line or Shakeology to allow you to try supplements that will help you get the most out of the workouts. Along with these supplements, you'll receive access to our exclusive private group where we'll log our workouts and cheer each other on. This is also where you'll find meal plans and additional information about the workouts and nutrition. Your workouts will be accessed through a two-week free trial of Beachbody on Demand.

A bit more info to help you decide between the options: Shakeology is an all-purpose vitamin, mineral, protein, and probiotic shake with essential daily nutrients for an active lifestyle. The Performance line is made of four sports performance supplements—Energize, Hydrate, Recover, and Recharge, as well as a creatine supplement.

Yes, I want in!

Great! There are two steps:

It's not a bad idea once you've completed these steps to send me an email (address below in the footer) to let me know to add you to our exclusive private group for this challenge, since I get a lot of notifications in my online office and it may take me a bit to see your enrollment come through.

Meanwhile, learn more about the new Hard Labor workouts in the video below.
