Insane results in 30 minutes a day
In June 2015, I started the Insanity exercise program. It's a drill-style program that is so intense it's simply INSANE. Yet somehow, Shaun T, the trainer in the videos, makes it fun with his positive, supportive manner.
Insanity got me in the best shape of my life—and it's a good thing, because on August 15 I went in for surgery and developed life-threatening complications. My doctor told me being so physically fit may actually have saved my life.
I've spent the past nine months recovering, and it's been a long road. But my body is finally feeling strong enough for intense exercise again, so I'm wondering... in June 2015, for my birthday month, will you take the Insanity Max:30 challenge with me?
Our support group, where we'll follow the program schedule together and compare notes, starts Monday, June 1. Enroll by May 26 to get the DVDs in time... but this program is available as part of our streaming service as well, for those who have purchased the DVDs, and you'll receive access within 24 to 48 hours from the time you sign up.
Don't be scared... believing you can do this is half the battle. The videos contain a lower-intensity modifier who stays onscreen the entire time, so if you need to dial it down a notch, you're never lost. I think you'll be surprised just how much strength and endurance you gain during the course of this 60-day program!
Check out the video below to get a taste of what the program is like. Fill out the form at left to get in touch and let me know if you think you may be interested in taking this challenge with me. I'll be waiting to hear from you!
