A new kind of fitness program

If you follow me, you KNOW I believe that if exercise isn't fun, it's not worth doing.

We love how Autumn Calabrese pushes us, but still makes working out fun, in the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme programs. But her new program is something completely different!

She's developed a program that's being released in July 2016 that promises to be sheer fun—it's pure dance—AND a kick-butt workout!

This is not choreography-based dancing, meaning there are no moves to memorize—so it's simple enough for someone with two left feet and no sense of rhythm! The routines are set to country pop hits. The entire program is low-impact. This program is TRULY suitable for everyone—beginners and those dealng with injuries or physical limitations, as well as experienced exercise pros who like to push themselves and are looking for a way to shake up their fitness routine!
