Angie's 80 Day Obsession Results

At the end of the 80 Day Obsession videos, Autumn Calabrese (the trainer who designed the workouts and leads them) remarked how incredible it was that nobody in the cast had "life get in the way" during the 13 weeks of filming. While it made for a consistent workout experience with the videos, in our support group just about all of us had something happen in our personal lives that knocked us off balance. That's just how life goes.

The goal isn't to never have a setback... Instead, it's about how you come back from it. That's where Angie really shines! I'm super proud of how she tackled these very tough workouts and stuck with the program to the end in spite of setbacks!

Angie says it's the variety of the workouts that kept her coming back for the entire 13 weeks instead of getting bored and moving on to something else. In 80 Day Obsession, there are 80 different workouts. You never repeat the same workout twice!

After completing just about every workout program Beachbody offers... PiYo, 21 Day Fix, Cize, Country Heat, Core de Force, 21 Day Fix Extreme, Hammer & Chisel, 22 Minute Hard Corps, Shift Shop... Angie thought she had seen it all. But in 80 Day Obsession, she says, "I was surprised there were so many different moves I hadn't done before!"

Angie completed the program in spite of a couple of breaks for a vacation to Florida and following the death of her father. She didn't have a weight loss goal for this program, although she did find it made her stronger and more toned. (It's always fun to hear from one of my clients that they bought heavier weights as a gift for themselves!) For Angie, this program was more about having the mental strength and persistence to finish—and finish she did! She was able to fit in 45- to 60-minute workouts, six days a week, as a working mother of two, and in fact, she's currently tackling round two and embarking on another 13 weeks with this program!
