Punch away the stress—and tone up too.

In my experience, kickboxing workouts are the world's best stress reliever. You get to punch and kick away your worries while toning your arms, shoulders, legs, and core. They can be done anywhere with zero equipment (although I do love to use a pair of weighted gloves to challenge myself).

Core de Force ​is the newest MMA (mixed martial arts) workout program that you can do at home, with a DVD or streamed over wifi or a data connection. The trainers for the program, Jericho McMatthews and Joel Freeman, may look familiar to people who have done the Les Mills Pump program—they were part of it!

I'll be running a Core de Force Launch Group starting Monday, November 7. Fill out the form at left to get in touch and let me know if you want to be among the first to try out this program!

Right now, we know this is a four-week program with sessions of 30 to 45 minutes each. There will be a low-impact/lower-intensity modifier for each and every move—the videos will have a setting allowing you to keep the modifier onscreen the whole time.


This program is designed to be customized to YOUR needs—each session includes a tutorial on how to do the moves, or if you're an MMA pro, you can skip the tutorial and go straight to the main session! As such, Core de Force is suitable for those who are new to exercise or lack coordination, but will also be challenging for those who are already in good shape and want to take it to the next level!
